Creative Grace Homes

I love working with my clients and helping bring clarity, possibility, and a sense of calm to the home buying and selling journey.

A Little bit About Me

Life in Real Estate

Life in Real Estate

Life in Real Estate

There is something truly special about walking through homes with my clients — exploring the possibilities together and helping them recognize what truly fits their life. Being part of such an important decision is something I never take lightly.

My goal is to bring clarity, calm, and thoughtful guidance to the journey so each step feels manageable and aligned. Supporting my clients in these moments is work that fills me with gratitude every day.

Life in Littleton

Life in Real Estate

Littleton has held a place in my heart for many years. I first visited in high school and again in my early twenties, and I remember thinking, I want to live here someday. The town felt vibrant and welcoming. Later, as a young mom, I would drive down Main Street to Penny-Robbin Dancewear for my daughter, never imagining that one day this community would become my home.

In 2005, I moved here from Denver as a single mom with my two children, ready for a fresh start, and Littleton welcomed us in. Over the years, I’ve watched it grow thoughtfully — from the charming shops and wonderful restaurants on Main Street to the beautiful parks and the South Platte Trail that connects it all.

What truly makes Littleton special, though, is the people. Neighbors become friends, and local business owners lift each other up in meaningful ways. It’s a community full of heart and a place I’m grateful to call home.

Home & Hobbies

Home has always been a place of creativity and comfort for me. I enjoy projects like painting rooms, tending the garden, and making our home feel warm and welcoming.

My husband and I love hosting friends and family, sharing meals and time together — those moments of connection are very special.

We also share a love of art and often visit galleries around town, gradually adding paintings and prints to the collection that now fills our walls.

When I’m not at home, you’ll often find me outside on a walk, especially along the Platte River Trail, enjoying fresh air and a quiet moment.

And whenever I’m in downtown Littleton, I enjoy stopping in to connect with many of the local shop owners — and sometimes I simply can’t resist visiting The Chocolate Therapist for a box of chocolates and a Mexican mocha, one of my favorite local treats.

The Early Chapters

Born in Aurora, Colorado, Shannon has spent her life connected to the communities that make this state so special. Her story reflects resilience, determination, and the belief that challenges can lead to meaningful growth.

At 17, she earned her GED just months after leaving high school — an early experience that strengthened her belief that setbacks can become stepping stones toward something greater.

Her entrepreneurial spirit emerged early when she began selling Tupperware at 18, planting the seed for a lifelong interest in business and helping others build their futures. At 29, she completed her degree in Finance and Accounting at Metropolitan State University of Denver. With a natural talent for numbers, she began her career in accounting and gained valuable experience working through several demanding tax seasons at Ernst & Young.

During that same time, Shannon was raising her two young children. Their encouragement eventually led her to step away from corporate life to focus on family — a chapter that deepened her appreciation for home, stability, and the environments we create for the people we love.

Those values — home, stability, and creating supportive environments — continue to guide the way Shannon serves her clients today.

A Season Focused on Family

During her years as a stay-at-home mom, Shannon explored several entrepreneurial ventures before finding a long-term professional home with Primerica, where she worked as an agent for 15 years and was previously Life and Securities Licensed.

Her work there became deeply personal. After losing her husband to cancer at just 49 years old, Shannon experienced firsthand the impact that life insurance can have on a family’s financial stability. While the benefit provided essential support, navigating that season without a trusted guide left her feeling overwhelmed by grief and uncertain about the decisions ahead.

That experience sparked a passion to help others facing similar life transitions — ensuring they would not feel as alone as she once did.

Through her work with clients, Shannon developed a strong commitment to financial education, helping individuals and families build confidence with money and make thoughtful decisions about their future. Along the way, she also supported dozens of small business owners through coaching, networking, and mentoring, and taught courses in Ethics of Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation at Metropolitan State University of Denver through 2015.

These experiences shaped her belief that clear guidance during life’s most important transitions can make all the difference. That same passion for helping people navigate meaningful decisions eventually led Shannon into real estate — where home, stability, and financial clarity come together in powerful ways.

Stepping into Real Estate

In 2018, Shannon and her husband Jerry began exploring a possible relocation from their home in Littleton, Colorado, to Asheville, North Carolina. Their home remained on the market for several months — longer than expected — and during that time Shannon developed a meaningful connection with their real estate agent. The experience rekindled an interest she had carried since her early twenties: helping people navigate life transitions through real estate.

Although it was disappointing at the time, Shannon and Jerry ultimately decided to take their home off the market and remain in Littleton. In hindsight, that moment became another turning point. Staying allowed them to reconnect with everything they loved about their community while opening the door for Shannon to pursue real estate professionally.

In 2019, she committed to learning the industry and quickly immersed herself in the work, hosting open houses within weeks. What began as curiosity soon became a calling. Today, Shannon finds deep fulfillment guiding clients through the important decisions surrounding buying and selling a home.

Having navigated life transitions herself, she understands how meaningful these decisions can be for families.

What once felt like a setback became an opportunity — leading her to a career she loves and an even deeper appreciation for the Littleton community she proudly calls home.

Sometimes the path forward only becomes clear after plans change. For Shannon, that unexpected turn led her exactly where she was meant to be.

Deepest Gratitude!
