There is something truly special about walking through homes with my clients — exploring possibilities together and helping them recognize what truly fits their life. Being part of such an important decision is something I never take lightly.

I have known for four decades that I wanted to help people find shelter. What I didn't know was that I'd spend those same four decades building exactly the expertise it would take to do it right.

My career in finance started at 18 — a small CPA firm, a BS in Accounting, then Ernst & Young in tax and auditing. Years with Primerica in life insurance and investments. Teaching Ethics in Entrepreneurship at MSU Denver — a course I created myself.

What I learned across all of it: people don't struggle with money because they're irresponsible. They struggle because no one ever made it safe enough to ask the real questions. That's why I became a real estate agent.

My goal is to bring clarity, calm, and thoughtful guidance to every step of the journey. Supporting my clients in these moments is work that fills me with gratitude every single day.

Littleton has held a place in my heart for many years. I first visited in high school and again in my early twenties, thinking — I want to live here someday.

In 2005 I moved here from Denver as a single mom with two children, ready for a fresh start. 

Littleton welcomed us in. Over the years I've watched it grow thoughtfully — from the charming shops and restaurants on Main Street to the beautiful parks and the South Platte Trail that connects it all.

What makes Littleton truly special is the people. 

Neighbors become friends. Local business owners lift each other up. It's a community full of heart — and a place I'm deeply grateful to call home.

I serve on the Board of the Littleton Merchants Association and as an Ambassador with the Littleton Business Chamber. I'm not just licensed here. I'm woven into this community.

Home has always been a place of creativity and comfort for me. I enjoy painting rooms, tending the garden, and making our space feel warm and welcoming.

My husband and I love hosting friends and family — sharing meals and time together are some of our most treasured moments. We also share a love of art, visiting galleries and slowly building a collection that now fills our walls.

When I'm not at home you'll find me along the Platte River Trail — a quiet walk and fresh air restore everything. And whenever I'm in Downtown Littleton I love connecting with local shop owners — and sometimes I simply can't resist stopping into The Chocolate Therapist for a box of chocolates and a Mexican mocha.
