Taking the 1st steps as a buyer looks like...
Step 1: Just getting to know you.
Schedule a free discovery meeting with me to determine if we would be a match. I’ll listen intently as you share your goals and thoughts behind your next move. If you think it’s a fit, we can move on to step 2! (you are more than welcome to start on step 3 while we figure out what homes we want to see)
Step 2: Let the showings begin
On our first day of showings, we will visit 3 or 4 houses to help you gain a sense of online vs. reality expectations. Let’s start by looking at homes in the neighborhoods that you go to frequently and love.
Step 3: Connecting with a Lender
Getting Pre-approved gives us a guiding light for the price range of homes that we should be focused on. If you are not yet Pre-Approved, I’ll connect you with one of the awesome lenders in my network.
Step 4: MORE Showings!
Now that you have seen a few different homes we can begin to narrow our focus. You'll likely have a clearer picture of what you are looking for which can help us be picky about how we spend our time. We want to make sure we are only looking at what truly fits your "must-haves list" that will get us closer and closer to the one.
Once we find the home you love we'll be on our way close!
