When our tour is over, we’ll discuss an outline of the items that need addressing and draw up a deadline for getting your home ready. We’ll make sure the list is manageable for you to accomplish with clarity around the “must do” items and the “maybe” items.
With photographs that bring out your home’s best features and a list price based on the current trends in your area, we’ll be ready to hit the market. Much of this step is about getting the timing right. We want to wait to price your home until all the final pieces are in place so that we are well-primed for the market - at that moment.
Within the first weekend your home is on the market, we want as much traffic as possible! Hosting an Open House is a great way to get activity, however, we want to get as many showings as possible, so be prepared to open your schedule to aim for success.
