Taking the 1st steps as a seller looks like...

Step 1: Just getting to know you

Schedule a free discovery meeting with me to determine if we would be a match. Selling a home is a big step in life, and you want to be in good hands. During our meeting, I will listen closely as you share your goals and thoughts behind your next move. If you think it is a fit, we can move to step 2!

Step 2: Room by Room walkthrough

Take me on a tour of your beautiful home room-by-room, and you can show me all your favorite spots and the highlights of charm. As we walk, I’ll take note of the things that will help prepare your home for the market.

Step 3: Create a Timeline

When our tour is over, we’ll discuss an outline of the items that need addressing and draw up a deadline for getting your home ready. We’ll make sure the list is manageable for you to accomplish with clarity around the “must do” items and the “maybe” items.

Step 4: Hit the Market

With photographs that bring out your home’s best features and a list price based on the current trends in your area, we’ll be ready to hit the market. Much of this step is about getting the timing right. We want to wait to price your home until all the final pieces are in place so that we are well-primed for the market - at that moment.

Step 5: Open House

Within the first weekend your home is on the market, we want as much traffic as possible! Hosting an Open House is a great way to get activity, however, we want to get as many showings as possible, so be prepared to open your schedule to aim for success.

Once your home is on the market, we will be on our way to getting you a buyer!
